Endurance test

We conduct sustainability tests on mock-ups of vehicle systems or parts to determine how they behave under long-term loading. This allows us to evaluate performance and identify potential design weaknesses before the part goes into production.

Test platform 4x3 meters

Our testing platform of 4×3 meters provides a spacious and stable base for performing load and performance tests on larger vehicle components and subsystems. The platform is suitable for a variety of test simulations, from mechanical loading to vibration and motion.

2 agitation cylinders

We have 2 agitation cylinders with a maximum load of 5 tons and a frequency of 20 Hz. With these cylinders, we simulate dynamic loads and vibrations experienced by vehicle components under various driving conditions. For more complex testing we can expand the number to 4 cylinders.
